UFTL WOMEN'S BASKETBALL: THE VERY DEFINITION OF PROGRESS

The Dictionary defines progress as, "forward or onward movement towards a destination
That is also the perfect way to describe our University of Fort Lauderdale Women's Basketball Team.
Due to injuries,Head Coach Alberto Jemperrie has dressed 5 or 6 girls every game. That is the bad news, 
The good news is, our girls never get tired, they are in great cardio shape and they never quit. 

UFTL dominated Morris College at the Scott Galvin Community Center Tuesday afternoon and 
won the game 90-67. It was the 2nd win in a row for the women's basketball team.

Britney Carver had 16 points in the 1st two quarters as the Eagles took a 50-28 lead at halftime.
Esther Joseph's continues to play like an All-American, she had 42 points and 12 rebounds.
Kouraje Johnson and Alicia Loesch combined for 29 points, 16 rebounds and 10 assists. 
Emily Bryan continues to be a rebounding machine, pulling down 9 boards in the victory.
Raesha Pilgrim coming back from injury played 21 minutes. 

The University of Fort Lauderdale looks for the 3rd straight win as they travel to Sarasota to take on the New College of Florida
Wednesday , Jan.24th at 5PM
