Damon Cogdell Named NCCAA South Region Coordinator

The National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) is proud to announce the appointment of Damon Cogdell, Director of Athletics at the University of Fort Lauderdale, as the new South Region Coordinator.

"It's an honor and a privilege to serve as the NCCAA South Region Coordinator," said AD Damonn Cogdell. "I am truly grateful for the opportunity to lead and support our member institutions in advancing the mission of the NCCAA and enhancing the student-athlete experience."

In his new role, Cogdell will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of all regional championships and events, serving as the primary liaison between the South Region and the NCCAA national office, supporting compliance and governance, and promoting collaboration, sportsmanship, and excellence among member institutions.

Cogdell brings years of experience in athletic administration, a passion for student-athlete development, and a strong commitment to Christian values and leadership. His selection as South Region Coordinator reflects the confidence of his peers in his ability to guide the region forward.

"We are excited to have Damon Cogdell take on this important leadership role," said Vincent D. Robinson, Assistant South Region Coordinator. "His dedication and vision will help continue the positive momentum of the South Region and strengthen the impact of NCCAA athletics."
