For two years we have been praising, catcher
Kaylee Pitman, for her defensive prowess and skills.Â
The best defensive catcher in the country, was on full display for opening day of the college softball World Series.Â
Pitman has thrown out over 50 base runners trying to steal. This is #1 in the NCCAA over the past 2 years.
She continues to catch every game of double headers and helped
Alexia Geary pitch two no hitters this season as the lone signal caller.
Kaylee is NOW getting national attention as she was on ESPN's Sports Center. Her catch behind home plate was stuff legends are made of.
She helped the #4 ranked UFTL Softball win their 1st game in the College World Series.Â
Below is the link to the catch and a big congratulations to Ms. Pitman. The rest of the nation is now finding out what we all know...
She is the best defensive catcher in the country.
