David Graham comes to the University of Fort Lauderdale from Miami Sports Academy. Where he the regular season IJCAA conference championship.
Before that Graham, was the top assistant at Wilberforce University. During his tenure, he helped develop a second-team all-conference player also several academic all-conference players.
Before arrival at Wilberforce University, Graham was the head coach and general manager of the South Florida Gold out of the American Basketball Association. The Gold was in the top 5 in the ABA power rankings. In his last year there, the Gold went 22-4 and lost in the semifinals of the ABA Playoffs in 2018.
Graham was the head coach of the Atlanta Wildcats of the ABA for two seasons before moving onto the Gold. While he was coaching the Wildcats' the club made a great playoff runs in both seasons.
Graham is also a two-time national champion as the associate head coach of the Jacksonville Giants of the ABA.
While being a military brat, he calls Columbus, Ga., home. He gives credit to Jacksonville, Fla., for raising him since he played college basketball at Edward Waters College for four years and Graduated in 2004.
Those teams that Graham was a part of were successful. They won a conference title and made it to the NAIA National tournament twice while being a student-athlete at EWC.
