UFTL MEN'S BASKETBALL GET A ROAD WIN AT MORRIS COLLEGE

The University of Fort Lauderdale Men's Basketball Team traveled to South Carolina and defeated Morris College,68-53. The Eagles were trailing at halftime, 28-27, before dominating the second half and outscoring the Hornets 41-25 for an impressive 15-point victory.
  • Corey Pope had 14 rebounds and 13 points.
  • Vugar Kuliev had 18 points to lead all scorers. 
  • Freddie Reeves was 9-12 from the free throw line and finished with 12 points. 
  • Adrian Body II had 8 rebounds, 6 points, and 3 steals.
  • Chris Berry had 6 points, 4 rebounds, and 3 blocked shots off the bench.

The Eagles are looking to make a push in the second half of the season for the South Regional Playoffs.

Their next game is against our bitter rivals... January 21st at Clinton College.
