The University of Fort Lauderdale Eagles dominated from start to finish as they defeated Florida National University, 100-68. With 5:11 left in the second half, The Eagles led 83-68. They outscored the conquistadors, 17-0 the rest of the game to hit the century mark.Â
- Corey Pope played like a man possessed to start the game, hitting jumpers, finishing at the rim and owned the glass. He had 16 points in 24 minutes with 8 rebounds, 2 blocks, 3 steals and 2 assists.Â
