The #10 Ranked University of Fort Lauderdale Basketball Team defeated Warner on Thursday Night,81-78 to sweep the season series. 

The Eagles played The Royals on November 26th and cruised to a 96-87 win on the road.

• (All South Regional Player) ...Benez Woodard led UFTL with 22 points and went 8 for 8 from the free throw line down the stretch to seal the victory.

 

• DeAndre Pembertong had 16 points and 8 rebounds.

 

• Chris Berry contributed with 16 points and 5 steals.

 

• Corey Pope came off the bench and had 7 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 blocks and 2 steals.

 

• Adrian Body had 3 steals and a big time block as he played 26 minutes running the point. 

The Eagles have now won 7 out of 8 against quality competition. I expect the team to be ranked in the top 5 when the NCCAA rankings come out this week.
